Shipping & Delivery
An item you have rented will be delivered to you between 1 to 5 days before you need it.
Additional fees such as ‘International fees’ incurred during delivery will not be covered by us.
A free return shipping label will be added to your package.
Refunds (Not what you ordered?)
No refunds on rented items.
Security Deposit Refund
Once your returned item has been inspected, your security deposit will be refunded to you. Providing there are damages or late return fees, you may receive a partial refund or no refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can cancel your booking 5 weeks before the delivery date.
You will be refunded your payments if cancelation occurs before the cancellation cut-off period.
A free return shipping label will be added to your package. Return your rented item within 24 hours of your booking end date. We expect to receive our item(s) back within 1 week. We expect you to update your order notes ( My Account Dashboard > Orders > Select order > Add Note) telling us when the item(s) have been posted.
You may forfeit your security deposit for any late returns & or damages to your rented item.
Returns on damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours via the messaging system on Bulb Fashion.
We don't exchange items.
Long Rental Cleaning
When you rent an item for more than 15 days, you can wash your items of clothing at a dry cleaner or by yourself with an extreme level of care; making sure that there is no damage to the fabric or colour.
