Bulb Fashion is a marketplace with multiple designer brands from different countries that manage their store on our platform. 

Our general advice is to contact the brand you’re renting from about their returns policy. Below are our general rules.

Returns on rented items

We generally ask that brands include a returns label in their package. However, some stores may have different policies to this. Remember to ask the brand about their policy.

Returns on damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. However, If you’ve changed your mind and want to send it back to the brand, you can always ask if they would accept a return.

Cancellations 

You can cancel a booking 14 days before the dispatch date.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified that the brand has received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within  7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with the seller or BulbFashion.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your item for the same item, get in touch with the brand you rented the item from.

Shipping & Delivery
To return your product, you should contact the seller for more information.

Your location will determine the speed of your delivery.

Additional fees such as ‘International fees’ incurred will not be refunded.
